Noticed we'd slipped down Igor's list so an updated list. Only March, April and May have changed since the last update. 2 added in March and 12 for April!!!

November = 26 Filers; 24 with NOA2 (92%), 1 with no accessible profile and 1 who hasn't been online since 7th November.

December = 62 Filers; 59 with NOA2 (95%), 1 with RFE pending, 1 waiting on NOA2 and 1 who hasn't been online since 3rd February.

January = 81 filers; 80 with NOA2 (99%) and 1 who hasn't been online since 23rd January.

February = 99 filers; 87 with NOA2 (88%), 5 with RFE pending, 2 waiting on NOA2 and 5 who haven't been online since May.

March = 81 filers; 46 with NOA2 (57%), 1 RFE pending and 34 waiting on NOA2.

April = 67 filers; 1 with NOA2 (2%) and 54 waiting. The 1 approval was an expedite though.

May = 34 filers; everyone still waiting at the moment.

Hopefully this will keep everyone's spirits up, although there hasn't been any change on Igor's list this week.......YET!!!

Going to PM the filers from right back to November who haven't been online for a while in the hope it generates and email to them telling them they have a PM so they can come along and update their timelines and move us down the list!!!!!

We actually moved up earlier today compared to yesterday. Well, trying not to pay much attention to that, since there are still you April guys ahead of us . I am really hoping this is the month for you folks!

Hard to say how June is going to go for the May filers. VSC seems to have gone a bit stale lately.

Sometimes VJ is a detriment. You see so much happening you forget the timeframes. But the community makes up for it.

Oh and I am almost positve my touches were just confirmation updates re change of address and job being added to the file.

Hi all

Hope everyone is well. I was reading people not recieving touches, and I don't think it's too much to worry about...A lot of filers from earlier in the year weren't getting touches before their NOA2's were issued, so I don't think we should be too worried.

On a happy note, I just wanted to say that I found out at work yesterday I have two weeks off in July (because of scheduling), so as much as that is not good for the financial side of things, I get to spend two weeks with Bo in July, in our new apartment I'm very excited because I had been pretty down after I returned from my last trip to know I wouldn't see him this month (yes, I am spoiled that i have seen him so often, I'm not trying to rub it in people's faces)

So I'm going to start decorating and enjoy a vacay away from work for a bit...hopefully by that time, some of usMay filers may even be getting some very welcome news!

Jen, u re truly blessed to have such opportunity to see Bo. I'll have to put off all my grand redocorating plans for couple more months .

I wish I could go to US for a visit too, but obtaining a tourist visa in Ukraine can be problematic, considering that I just came back six month ago . Well, Dave is planning to come down here, so my parent can throw us a proper engagement party . My fam. adores him, so we all can't wait.

It's official! We re in the system. Just got our NOA1. Man, does that feel good!!!

Now, I have a silly question, my sis is currently in the states on J1 summer program and is due to come back in September (She just left like two weeks ago). That shouldn't cause any problems on my petition, right?

No, your sister and her visa should have no bearing whatsoever on your petition. You are two seperate people and unless she's planning on marrying your sweetie too, you should be alright lol
