and who noticed the Hanso Foundation commercial?? with the tiny print: paid for by ABC and then the phone number: 1-877-HANSORG so far i've just been getting a busy signal! anyone else get through?? i'm pretty sure this was a clue for the new game that's coming out! geoff was telling me about it the other day. The game, of a genre called alternate-reality games, is a multimedia treasure hunt that makes use of e-mail messages, phone calls, commercials, billboards and fake Web sites that are made to seem real.

I wonder why they picked Ana and the blonde chick, Lis(?) to get killed... I wonder if they were waiting for a way to get them off the show after what happened around Christmas.... they both got arrested for driving drunk remember?...

I wonder what is up with Michael?? I was thinking that maybe he wants to make it seem that Henry escaped and took him hostage.... I think Michael thinks that Henry can help him get his son back and he doesn't care about anything or anyone else.....

I couldn't believe my eyes, but I knew as soon as he said he was sorry what was going to happen next. Oh, and her name is Libby. I had heard rumors they wanted to get rid of Ana Lucia because people didn't like her. Also Libby has a new show coming out so I guess she needed more time for that. I wonder if they realize Michael shot them as they had him locked in the room on the previews for next weeks show. Or if they just lock him up for "his own good". Very good show last night.

I am speechless too!! WOW! I think Michael has been "brainwashed" and he is now an Other. I think he is fine with wherever Walt is. No warned poor Ana that love is a deathknell on that show. Have sex and one of you will die.

Where is Daniel - he must be putting on sackcloth and ashes to mourn his beloved Ana Lucia.

I think Libby and Ana Lu's demise is along the lines of what Marilyn mentioned - they had all that DWI ####### and then ALuc refused community service and served 5 days in jail. Maybe the producers of LOST are like (Yankees owner) George Steinbrenner and like their employees squeaky clean.

But now they have both (we assume) died with big secrets.

If you remember the conv of Anna and Henry... led me to believe they had a connection.

I do think Michael was brainwashed.. .. possibly to finish the job that henry couldnt?

possibly to make Henry take blame.?

I think Anna Lucia was planned.. I think Michael was sent from them... to do her since Henry failed..

and.. then.. the Libby shot was a shock.. kickback shot..

when he shoots himself.. it is clearly a setup for henry to take blame... nnnnnmmmmmm saga continues..

OHHh yeahh... question.... .. when Anna Lucia and "Tom" was in the car... Anna stops the car.. Tom spies the coctail place... Sawyer was rushing by just as the door opens.. swears at them.... ..

episode in past.. Tom was in the bar... Swayer enters... .. meets .. tom... so .. this episode.. where was Swayer going??/ to shoot that guy? .. .. . then he what returns to the bar? with tom already pickled..?

as far as who Libby is.... she came from the other side of the island..... and .. remember.. she was in the crazy house with Harley... ... still trying to figure her out... and what her connection is.. . whether she is.. following Harley because of money . or something.. no clue..

Ana Lucia wasn't killed off cause of her DWI; she supposedly signed on to the show only for a year anyways. And talk is that Libby isn't really dead (I think it's to do with the fact that she was covered up with the blanket and maybe something was under it? You saw the liquid running on the floor, maybe wine bottles? Although they wouldn't be bullet proof....).

the title of last night's episode was 'two for the road' ... both actresses were recently arrested for DWI's in hawaii. but the executive producer has said: Damon: And obviously that decision was further mitigated by the fact that Libby is shot at the same time as Ana Lucia. Basically then we said, "Oh, s--t. Both Michelle and Cynthia were busted the same night for DUI and we've got this story point coming up where they essentially both get shot at the same time, so it's going to look like this is the Lost producers attempt to say, 'Don't drive drunk!'" But as Carlton says, all it created in us was [the thought that], "Maybe we shouldn't do the plan now, 'cause people are going to think this is a reaction to [the DUIs], as opposed to this [plan] existing prior to that event."

Ok, I've been sleuthing on the Hanso website and I looked at the board of directors profile and theres someone on there called "Liddy Wales" with no picture shown (and you aren't allowed to click on her name without a password). Of course I thought this connects to Libby, so I looked her up on IMDB to see what her last name is on the show and it isn't listed! Every other characters last name is though. Interesting......

Gimy could be really on the ball with the evil twin thing! Would make sense if you had a crazy sister that you'd want to be a clinical psychologist to help other people out....

Gimy: Thanks for all the links. I have a hard time understanding this show sometimes. It helps to have someone else point out all the interesting little tidbits. I, unfortunately, don't pay as close attention as I should while the show is on. I noticed the commercial but thought it was just another commercial. I need to be more aware of what's happening.
