On the left of the signature block it says, "This form is in connection with an application for" Choices are Naturalization, Status ans Perm Resident, or other.

I checked "other" and in the line write I-129F is that correct????

Also, right above the signature line it says "Show below last occupation abraod if not shown above. (include all info requested above).

My fiance worked in Hong Kong as a housekeeper, but it was MORE than 5 years ago and the form seems to indicate "applicants employment for the last five year". Should these years in Hong Kong be listed in this form or not if it was more than five years ago??

I also checked other and wrote K-1 Visa in that space.

Not sure about the other one off the top of my head.

Your foreign fiancee's last occupation abroad is either the current occupation or her most recent one. In this context, "abroad" means outside the USA.
