I received an RFE and it set us back more than a month.....CSC is very slow on updating the file after the info is received.... unfortunately they cannot give you the reason for the RFE over the phone, you have to wait for snail mail....but the good news...shortly after receipt we received NOA2....good luck!

Hi all,

Finally yesterday CSC is acknowledging receipt on RFE after phone call from my SO :whistle:

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

Keep in mind that RFE was received by them Tuesday last week.

Just hoping we are getting nearer the end now :star:(F)
