Hi all,

Not sure ....maybe I should be pleased ....but after well over 6 months that CSC has received our file we have just got email for RFE :angry: Not sure what it is for as yet ......will just have to wait for notice :crying:

Look at the bright side, IIRC, the CSC will have to finish your file within 60 days of receiving your RFE response. And that they did not lose your file. :star:

That sure sucks....our RFE set us back a whole month...and dealing with CSC checking for receipt and updates...well 'nuf said....

Ridiculous they keep someone waiting 6 months before they RFE them!

i am very sorry to hear that and honestly I do not know what to say about it ...all I can say is they are sucks how come you do this to someone?? I just do not know if this peoble work at CSC has no family or anything like that ..

Hopefully it will be for something easy to rectify. And I agree with the others, at least you know they have your case and RFE or not, they are working on it. :)

I agree with everyone else - at least you know they haven't lost your file and that someone is actively on the case. I hope the RFE is easily resolved and that you receive good news soon!
