my wife tried to call the department of homeland security on the following numbers

Operator Number: 202-282-8000

Comment Line: 202-282-8495

but there was only answering machinee, no person to talk to,,,

would you please tell us how to contact the department of homeland security so that we can talk to them

and ask them what is going on with our case

I know another VJ member that used this number too. She is actually who gave me this number.

Hello Bashir,

Those are the only numbers I know about. Have you tried to contact the Dept of State like others have posted? If not try that and have you gotten in contact with your congressman and seen if they could help you with your case? Good luck and wishing you all the best.
