I received my greencard on 17 Nov 2006 and will expire this year. We both work for US company overseas. I filed N-400 (319 B) last March this year.

Wondering if there is any people that has the same situation.? Can you please share experiences?

Hey when you get any info please pot it!!!

I put in my cover letter that i want to be interviewed in Washinton dc feil office, you?

Hi everyone,

What does filing N400 Under 319B mean? Can anyone help me on this? Thanks!

Hey completely

Any news?

Any update?

Completely

I did receive my first NOA. My case is more comfusing than yours, since i mentioned above that my first package was returned by USCIS and my fingerprints envelope was opened.

I wrote $595 check and cover letter stating that i want to be interviewed in 2675 Prosperity Avenu, Fairfax, VA office and everything else i left alone(i left opened fingerprints in the envelope as well).

Now this is what my I-797 Notice of Action says!!!!!!!!!

The above application has been received by our office and is in process. Our records indicate your personal information is as follows.

Date of birth: it is correct

Address where you live:

2675 Prosperity Avenu, Fairfax, VA 22031

That was suprising.

Then it says i will be notified in 365 days....

As I know the letter should say something about biometrics as well. But there is nothing else on the whole page.

So I do not know if they accepted my fingerprints or not. My address in the letter is the interview district address.

What you think?

Did you get your refund?

Share please
