Thanks Pecky! I hope you and Shrewdie get Jan dates too.

JGay, I'm praying that the interview will be a breeze.

Can you please give me a rundown of the steps for the Medical. Should he just call the Mobay place to set an appointment?

Let me know the procedures step by step.

Thanks,

Karen

He can call now to make an appointment for the medical...just make sure they give you a date that is about two weeks before your interview so you can get it in time to pick up...remember always opt to pick it up the medical rather than have them mail it to the embassy for you...you also need your interview letter for the medical...mine came in the mail about 9 days after I got my date and hubby's received his about 15 days after we got the date and it was in time for the medical...on the interview letter they give you a website to go to to print out the medical form and items you should bring to the interview....the website is www.immigrantvisas.state.gov.....also make sure your husband brings 4 passport size pictures, his passport, the medical form filled out, and his immunization card, if he has one, to the medical...that should be it...when he calls for the medical just let them know that it is for a visa and then the will transfer you to someone else and they will ask you what date is your interview...

Thanks JGay. This is Extremely helpful. Good Luck!!

HI all,

My case just completed we had so much drama with the marriage certificate having incorrect information, and it took forever and a day to get it corrected and completed! You just wouldn't believe the DRAMA! Well today I contacted the NVC and they confirmed the case was complete  but was unable to secure a February interview date. :crying: But they couldn't tell me if they were able to secure a March interview date ( the rep had a real attitude, I thought I was on with the USCIS for a minute) I'm gonna call back this evening to see if someone can provide me with a little bit more info about the scheduling.

Is there anyone else out there who's case has been completing recently that has an interview date scheduled? I am praying for the best and have faith.

Hi how are you? I don't think you'll get a date that soon since your case was just completed. Some people have waited a while. You can check out the timelines. Let me see if I can find it.

HI I'm doing ok, thanks for the response. Well I was hoping since this is a new year things may start to speed up. I wonder if this can be expedited in any way. :help: All this drama with the certificate we could have most likely had the interview by now. Well I can't look backwards only forward , I'm going to update my timeline now.

There is also an interview list in this thread, Philly -

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...75&start=75

Thanks SUS

I just checked it out, well I am now officially Depressed :crying: LOL that is a long time! So judging by that list you have a 90-120 day wait OMG. The rep told me that the interviews are scheduled the 2nd week of the month, that didn't make too much sense to me. Have you heard of anything like that before?
