I got my IV fee bill today. I live in Canada, and do not have a US bank account. Can I use a money order from Canada Post or Canadian Bank to pay the $400?

Or do I need my SO to pay online for me?

I am losing my mind, so I am sure that this has been asked a million times before, I just can't find it right now.

Thanks in advance guys. =)

You could get your SO to pay or you could pay since all Canadian banks have reciprocal agreements with US banks. For example, CIBC issues US money orders from Chembank of Delaware. The cheapest source of money orders (aside from the free ones some banks give you) is at Wal-Mart, I think it was $0.25 but that may vary by Wal-mart. Hope this helps.

Don't mention it, but I don't deserve your praise, I had to write it down before my own senility sets it.

Thanks for the help!

I went to RBC this morning, and got a US Money Order for $400.00. The money says drawn from RBC New York branch. Sent payment through the snail mail.

Sometimes, I worry too much and think too little.
