With regards to completing the forms for submission to the US embassy in London,

is DS-156 the only form that has to be filled out online and printed??

Can DS-230 Part 1 and the DS-156K by filled in by hand?

Is there anything i should know regarding the filling in of these forms?

K-1 Process:

I-129F sent - 20th Jan 2006

NOA2 - 18th April 2006 (APPROVED: 87th day!)

Packet 3 received - 5th May 2006

Packet 4 - 19th May 2006

Medical - 23rd May 2006

Interview - 9th June 2006 (APPROVED: 139th day!)

Married on August 10th 2006

AOS Process:

AOS/EAD sent - 13th September 2006

RFE on AOS - 22nd September 2006

Biometrics - 5th October 2006 (22nd day)

RFE Sent Back - October 28th 2006

Transfered to CSC - November 15th 2006 (63rd day)

EAD Approved - December 11th 2006 (90th day)

AOS APPROVED!! - December 14th 2006 (93rd day)

Just the DS156 has to be done online . You can download fillable forms here on VJ for the rest. There are examples of how to fill them in too :thumbs:

can i just add for the DS-230 form, do i just fill in Part 1, as Part 2 was not encolsed in packet 3?

Umm what happens if we dont have access to computer or printer? can ths be done by hand? My printer has packed up and cant print anything?? any suggestions?? My nephew had computer and printer but he has now moved out from his mum's place and lives far away:(

27 Feb. 2006: K1 petition sent to Nebraska Service Centre

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives
