I'm confused about mine. They desposited $1,403?? I"m married filed jointly with 2 kids and didn't make close to the amount for cut offs......hmm anybody have something weird like this?

What I read today is that on the tax returns for 2008, they will ask how much we got. IF they determine we didn't get the full benefit, they will refund more.

It kind of said to me, take what you get for now, SOL or not, and we'll figure it all out later.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I'm getting worried and upset, the IRS website says:

We are sorry. Specific information about your Stimulus payment is not available.

Possible reasons include:

* Your payment may still be coming, but has not yet been scheduled. Information will be available here as payments are issued based on the last two digits of the primary SSN shown on your 2007 tax return. Specific information about your Stimulus Payment will not be available until about one week before your payment is scheduled to be issued. See the complete Payment Schedule below for more information.

* You did not file a tax return for 2007 or your return is still being processed. Additional information about filing requirements is available.

* The information entered did not match our records. Be sure to check the information you entered. You may Re-Enter your information as necessary.

Remember, to qualify for the Stimulus Payment, you must meet the eligibility requirements. Please allow 6 weeks after filing your tax return before checking on the status of your Stimulus Payment.

Since we did file and I used our 1040 to enter the info, parts 2 and 3 are n/a, which leaves only payment is coming but not scheduled? #######.

I did the taxes, used turbotax, direct deposit and paid the fees separately (if I paid the fees out of the refund we would get a paper check...according to the turbotax website)...so now we sit and wait 1 more week and hope! :protest: @ my 97 ending SSN oh how I wish I put Olga first with a 13 ending SSN! lol

This happened to us. Have a look again closer to the date your SSN is scheduled to receive the payment.

Mine was deposited today.

still nothing

nothing here either and today was suppose to be the day according to that stupid schedule... :crying:

I really wonder if because we had to pay (and believe me, we paid ON TIME and ALL of it), that it will take longer... :crying:

you might be onto something, we had to pay this year too.

Did you pay yours by direct debit. We did, through Turbo Tax and TT said the rebate would be direct deposited to the same account, unless we wanted a paper check. ARGH! pfft!
