Got ours today.

Bunch of #######. I used turbotax and did direct deposit, but since TT uses Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, they send the check instead of doind direct deposit.

Jan 30, 2008 N400 Mailed off to the VSC!

Feb 2, 2008 N400 Received at VSC

Feb 6, 2008 Check Cashed!

Feb 15, 2008 Fingerprint letter received. (Feb 26th scheduled)

Feb 18, 2008 Mailed out the old Please Reschedule us for Biometics <sigh>...

Feb 27, 2008 Received the new scheduled biometrics.

Mar 15, 2008 Biometrics Rescheduled.

Sep 18, 2008 Interview Letter Recieved.

Nov 11, 2008 Interview Passed :-).

I used turbotax and got the direct deposit.

This issue has to do with how you paid for the filing fees. If you had it taken out of your refund, then the refund went through a third party bank. If you paid for the fees up front, then the refund will go directly to you.

and im a 02. so *sigh* bla

they stated they would not be depositing any funds on THursday & Fridays from what I recall.

No direct deposit only on Thursday, May 01 according to IRS.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I havent seen it....question, i have a government student loan, will they use it on that instead of sending it to me...and if they planned to would they still have sent me a confirmation in the mail about recieving the rebate?

I don't think they can. It's a government loan, not a tax burden.

My sister did direct deposit with Turbo Tax and got hers on Friday May 2nd, her number ends in 03. :thumbs:

Mine is in the 70's so I'll have to wait a bit longer. :whistle:

PS Sis has a student loan and the rebate was NOT used on that. :no:
