How long does the embassy released the approved Visa to delbros?

Hello everyone,

I am a new member here and so glad to see this kind of forum and a group of people who shared some experiences on the immigration thing. It's not really a problem but I guess of people right here maybe have encountered like I mine now. Have my interview this 3rd of April 2008. How long should I wait for the visa/passport to be in my hand? According to my fiance , he called up the US embassy here in Philippines last week and they said we'll wait for 6 weeks and we're on the 3rd week now. I have read some of the forums here and they waited only 7 days that's why I'm worried a little. Who amongst you here have waited for that long? My worries and curiosity will turn good maybe if I'll knew one of you who experience the same thing. heard any of you soon.

Hi genalin, ohhh my case is this i was interview last february 8,2008 until now still waiting my visa my fiancee and i, worried about my visa when will

be released... its 8 weeks , and tell now not received yet...Hoping could be released soon ..

guess we all have the same issue here.my interview was lat april 23rd and its bothering me cause i tried texting delbros hot and thye keep telling me that the embassy hasnt forwarded my case to them yet.I guess all we have to do is to wait.

Anyway, lets just hope that it will be released soon

Thanks for you response guys,thought I am alone. But I do really hope our visa will be released soon. I guess it's unfair on our part coz some K1 visa applicant got their visa for only 7 days of waiting. why ours got so long. we'll just pray that our visa doesn't go somewhere else. hehehe...God bless. Please do inform me also if you recieve your visa already so I may know the timeline. thnx againd and God bless you guys.
