Hi! to all my fellow VJ'ers. I just discovered this website, basically im a new member here and i find it very interesting and helpful. To all my co-pinay's married to their U.S Citizen spouses and still waiting for the K3 Visa... lets keep track of our timeline... share and help each other to give updates/results of the processing, specifically to: Dec. I-130

11/30/07: I-130 sent to USCIS

12/04/07: Received by USCIS

01/29/08: NOA1 w/ assigned case No.

I-129F (E)

02/29/08: I-129F sent to USCIS

03/04/08: Received by USCIS

03/13/08: NOA1

04/00/08: still pending to date

This is a website which is more than concerned with visas but with many issues also.

hi gurl,

i have a question. when did you schedule your interview? did you wait until the embassy received the hard copy from the nvc?

just wondering coz i called the embassy this morning and i was told to call again in 2 weeks time coz they only have an electronic copy right now. do they actually need the hard copy before i can set an appointment?

hi back to you sue,

uscis informed my husband that our docs forwarded to NVC we have to wait 2 to 3 weeks on 3rd week my husband called in NVC april 04 he got MNLcase# and he was told to wait 1 or 2 weeks my documents arrived @ consular office but a friend on mine told me to try calling USEM and i did my documents was their last april 9 so i schedule myself then but i reschedule my interview since my husband don't have orginal copy of his divorce.... Reschedule interview on May 28 and i have an early medical on May 13 and later on 12 days i got snail mail from consular too.

yup and try calling them @ 11am to 2pm hotline not busy as other hours...... hope u got same schedule as mine so we can accompany each other there lol

Thank you for the warm welcome! My husband's lawyer is expecting the NOA2 (approval) to come sometime on 1st or 2nd week of May... that i really don't know 'coz it depends with NVC currently handling our case, Vermont is aso sloooowwww.... but we are hoping it will come soon!
