USCIS (formerly INS) does not allow a US Citizen to petition for her girl friend or wife. Looks like, yodrak filed for I-129F for his girl friend/wife, according to the post.

supposedly a he, i think it was almaty that started the yodrak is a she campaign.

Maybe both Yodrak and his wife used this account on VJ. Perhaps, both used male and female connotation depending on who was posting. Or Brother Dean wanted a female version of Yodrak.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

however as simple_male stated, him and his wife couldve been using the same account.

i think i will swing over and ask so i can clarify my own mind.

as for colemaster, who cares anyway, youve been wrong many times as well.

somewhere WAYYYY back we had this debate before so I searched a bunch of his posts, and he is a man. Not two people on one account either. Just do a search.
