CFO stamp same day as flight, CFO interview done

Hello all, almost done. At this point Retchel is waiting for her passport/ visa to be delivered. Being she lives just outside of Taclocan, near Naval I would like her to take a flight to Manila international airport in the morning then go to the CFO get her stamp, come back to the international airport and take the flight to the US that afternoon.

Does this sound workable? She has already completed the CFO simi.

With much traffic in Manila and the fact that the seminar starts at 10am, I think it will be very uncomfortable for her rushing on things. If I were in her shoes, I'd rather book a flight for the US the following day making sure I have enough time and not be late or miss any flight. This is my idea, you still have to decide.

Well I think she's done with the seminar and she's just going there for stamping which starts @ 10am..

Which my wife took last week and it only took her 15 mins for the stamping..

But then again... Its still risky..

Sorry, yes she's just on stamping, but same thing, you can't be sure of the traffic and how slow things move here in the Philippines, let's admit.

im confused where to go, PRISM or SMEF-COW?

if I will go to SMEf-Cow,, after the counseling, they will stamp my passport right away?? or I still need to go to CFO to get certificate and stamp?

I have my visa already..
