I asked my mother-in-law and a friend to write a letter for us and I sent them some examples I found this website.

and they sent me letters and both of their letters have exact same sentence which they took it from the example letter.

is this okay? or I don't know what to do

the sentence they used is " They demonstrate an ongoing sound, felicitous relationship and I acticipate their marriage will remain a lifetime commitment."

has any of you had this situation?

thanks.

Its not easy to write a letter. At least not for me. Probably why they copied. Doesnt mean they dont mean it though. Lots of people buy hallmark cards with words pre-written.

Back to topic... I dont see anything wrong with the sentence itself. However, the two letters together looks suspicious. I mean, having both the exact same sentenses.

I'd pick just one if I were you. I'd probably submit the one from my mom-in-law. My .02

Why not use a 'normal' sentence like "they seem to have a loving relationship and their marriage appears to be long lasting (or solid or well founded). As for me - I didn't include any such affidavits - they do not appear to be strong evidence in my mind - we have enough other evidence of co-mingled finances and lives. But you do what makes you feel comfortable. Good Luck
