Hi there, I do not if anyone has ever faced this problem or not but I went in for my interview on the 21st of April and didn’t take my wife’s original tax papers form 2007. They took my interview but didn’t grant me visa because they needed original copy of her tax papers from 2007. Anyways I went back this week and turned in the original tax papers and they gave me a token and said to go back on the 8th for result. I was wondering if you guys know if they might ask for employment verification and such for my wife from USA. She did sent employment verification along with pay stubs when she sent the tax papers of 2006 last year. Did anyone go through this process? If soo did they ask for anymore papers or just reviewed those papers and issued the visa, how long did it take for you guys?

No, this should be enough. I did the same for my husband I had a co-sponser too and submitted the same documents as you mentioned. This will be enough. W-2, income tax and paystubs are all I used and I had no issue for my husband in terms of financial paperwork.

As long as the income meets the guidelines, you will be fine, Insha-Allah.
