hello everyone.

I have a dilema..

will K3 filing noe affect my i-130 approval date?

will they consider date of I-130 filing for I-129 or will they consider filing date for I-129F.

with the K3 being approved faster than I 130 per the processing time published by uscis this month at vermont, i am thinking of filing for k3?

any advice wille appreciated

08/26/08 Case transfered from VSC to CSC

09/24/08 another touch after approval

------------------------NVC------------------------------------

09/29/08 NVC received

10/05/08 DS3032 and AOS bill generated and mailed

...

10/29/08 Case Completed at NVC

If you want an immigrant visa, don't file an I-129F for spouse.

The timeline is a crapshoot but remember, petition approval is only the beginning of the visa process,

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
