I applied for AOS last March. and I assume I won't get my interview until end of this year or almost end of this year. My husband really wants to move back to his state which is MO, and we're in Colorado right now. is that possible moving to other state while AOS is pending?

and what about interview? should we fly back to Denver for the interview?

I hope I can get my EAD & AP soon, and move to MO and waiting for AOS, possible? or should I wait until I get my interview here?

thanks.

If you applied for AOS March 06 then you may have your interview in June or July (Denver gives out interviews in about 4 to 5 months.) And you say you already had the biometrics done - so you are very very close! I filed end of Oct 05 and had the interview mid February 06. So, if you can hang on a few months - the weather gets really nice here; don't know about MO. I don't know how you move your application to another center (maybe by just filing an address change.) Good Luck

I think the proper procedure is to file an AR-11 form for your change of address and your husband would file an I-865 for change of address of sponsor. You then need to follow up in about a month by calling the 1-800 number to see if the change of address took effect.

I probably will have to go through this myself as I'm planning to move for work in a couple of months. My case did get transferred to CSC so I may not have to worry about shifting our interview to a different office. If you can complete the AOS interview prior to moving, that would definitely be best.

Good luck!
