i need ur help guyz. im a usc and filed the petition of I-130 in california service center last oct 2007, recieved a copy of my noa1 around jan 17th 2008 and now my noa2.. april 2008.... this is my first time to file a petition for my relative and i dont know what is the next step after noa2 recieving by mail... the letter indicates that they already sent the original visa to national visa center? then what next? please help me what going to be the next steps..???

im here in the philippines right now with my husband and planning to say for 6 months.. im just wondering about the affidavit of support bec im not working at the moment, my big concern is my sister is willing to be my co-sponsor but shes on disability due of giving birth last month... shes going to be back at work around june or july... does my affidavit of support be a main reason for my husband petition denial? please help i really need your advice thank you so much in advance ^_^

DS230 generated June 22,2008

DS230 PAID June 24, 2004

DS230 received July 3, 2008

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

Visa In hand: Oct 2, 2008 yahoo

POE Nov 17, 2008.

Green Card and S.S received Nov 28th, 2008

It's our petition that's been sent to NVC, not a visa. There is no visa yet. You're asking if your spouse's visa will be denied if your affidavit of support is not acceptable.

Since your sister is going back to work at the same job, I'd have here state her current income as it was and will be, then get an employer letter. Chances are, she'll be back to work with a pay stub or two before the interview. If not, just go with the tax returns and employer letter. You'll need your own I-134 and supporting documentation as well, of course.

Usually no more than two week for a K visa case. Two to six months for CR1/IR1 cases.
