FIRST OF ALL CONGRATS! I'M JUST WONDERING AND HOPING YOU CAN SHARE YOUR INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE LAST APRIL 23, AND WHAT DID YOU DO, THAT THEY ALLOW YOU TO HAVE A VISA PICK-UP. YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE A GREAT HELP TO ME. THANKS AND HAVE A SAFE TRIP. GOD BLESS.

Thanks PRICILLA, well i did a good job i think ,i arrived at around 5am and then lined up for the 7:30 appointment, i present my appointment letter and id at the guard, then i lined up again to enter gate 2, inside the gate 2 they scanned my bags and all the things that i carried inside the embassy. After that we ask to line up again for the ticket number (which you will be carried for the whole process and never give it to anyone) at the ticketing booth they ask me to give all the DS FORMS (2 DS-156 attached picture in it, 2 DS-157, 1 DS-156-K and appointment letter) and then they gave to me my # which is my lucky number 7017 Because i born (07-07-81), after waiting for an hour my # flashed on the screen as well as the pre-screener window which is # 26 (the lady there is not nice she asked me some questions which i think is too personal and unethical) but then, i have to be good and pretending to be relax and calm and answered all the questions she asked me. After that i sit and waited for my finger scanning, i'm done with my finger scanning, well this is it..i wait for my turn to be interviewed by the consul...I'm just sitting there at the waiting area, trying to be calm, relax, and thinking about my baby (fiance')and imagining that he is sitting at his bed and praying for me...that, makes me feel confident and courage to do good and be the best of my best coz i wanted to be with my baby for the rest of my life and this is the most important battle i have to win...my number flashed on the window and the consul window # 31...well praised the Lord God is so GOOD...the consul looks very kind, he greeted me good morning with a smile in his face and i greeted him back with a big smile in my face too, while looking at my papers, and typing at his computer the consul started asking me some few questions which will be found also to the papers that we passed for application. I'm smiling the whole time at the consul, looking straight to his eyes while answering his Q, and i feel so relaxed the whole time i was there inside. He always say, ok, ok,ok while looking at my papers...well a sign of relief and makes me feel relaxed because i know in my heart that i will be approve...and then he told me that all is ok, and i asked him if he wanted to see my docs (do not do this don't offer any docs or information which they are not asking you) well that's my way of being appreciated in my effort to all my docs be look nice, clean and organized...i just wanted to see him how well i am prepared...after that he told me "well all is ok and well good" with a smile in his face, and i asked him if i am approved and he say " Yes you are approved gudluck!" That was the most beautiful words i heard since we started to apply for K-1 visa, second best words i ever heard...of course, the first and most important words are the sweetest word from my one and only and everdearest baby...I love you sooo much baby...667... looking back , after he said that words i thank him with a big smile in my face, and told him i have a letter of request for visa pick-up from my fiance' ( because were going to MUMBAI,INDIA by May 09-18 i will accompany him for a business trip which we done twice in the past and if i waited for my visa to be delivered at home i think i dont have enough time to apply for Indian visa, they just issued me a single entry visa valid for 3 mos so i have to applied for a new visa) He said ok, wait outside and i will call your number again... then i walk outside and sit at the waiting area, after waiting for some minutes my number called to window 38 , they issued me a pink slip for DELBROS payment, but i said to the gay there (he look nice and professional) i told him i have a letter of request for visa pick-up and the consul will call me again, he said "ok, just give me your letter of request and your #" and he asked me what window i am interviewd, and then he told me to sit and wait again, after waiting for a few minutes, he told me that this is my lucky day coz the consul granted my request for visa pick-up..He gave me a violet slip and told me that they will call me when and how should i pick-up my visa, then i go home. Thursday April 24 at 2:40 PM i received a call from usem and told me i can now pick-up my visa on Friday between 9am to 3pm. Friday April 25, got my visa on hand. Well this is it, i hope this will all help you to your future interview... Just relax, keep focus, prepared your docs to the easiest and best way you can for easy retrieval...always read other vj's experience and follow their suggestions because it will helps you a lot....!!!

By the way i also meet there our fellow vj's we are all approved!

i dont know yet...still dont have the visa and still waiting for the US navy for my clearance ...hope it will be the soonest cause i cant wait to be with him
