Hi guys, I will appreciate if somebody remove this confusion out of my head. Currently, i am working two jobs. Out of 2 one job is an internship. The other job is Temp to Perm but currently is showing Temp on my pay stubs. So roght now, I am making sufficient to go above the 125 poverty line. My questions are:

Should i need a co-sponsor since both jobs are temp?

My income in last 3 years were below the 125 poverty line, considering this should i still need a co-sponsor?

Thanks all for the inputs.

What matters is this years annual income. If you are 125% above the poverty line, then you should be okay. Have you reviewed the income requirements? do you have any people who depend financially upon you? Remember, you have to account financially for yourself, your fiance, and whoeveer else depends on you, so if it's just you and your fiance, you need to be able to meet the income requirements for a household of two. If you have other dependents you need to meet the criteria.

good luck

Thanks for the quick answer. Well, i don't have any dependents. So according to the 125% Poverty line for 2 people i should be making more than 18,500, which in fact i am. Since during the interview 3 years of taxes can be requested, what should i do at this instance since i didn't make enough last years or the level of income doesn't matter for last years????
