Hi to all again! We havent yet submitted our AOS package for some financial problem. Now My husband is filing bankcruptcy :( (he is self-employed) but he promise me that we will submit our Package before our medical expire. So if he files for that, what form do we need to send/include in the package now that we are financially drained. Do we need to include "joint-sponsor"?...now i am terribly stress-out and depress.I do hope some members can help me out what to do with our case.

Moreover, we wil planning for a trip soon from Tallahassee to Texas (just driving)...Are we safe to travel and is there any checkpoint or border patrol on our way to texas? Just worried only I guess.... :(:(:(

You can travel safely within the United States. You can even go to Hawaii without problems. As long as you don't leave the USA border.

As far as AOS you will need a co-sponsor. See if you can borrow the money to apply soon, especially if your medical is close to expiration. Apply for AP and EAD with the AOS (fees are already included anyway). In 90 days you can start working and hopefully help to pay for the fees that way.

Good luck.

Ce'cy thank you so much for your fast reply regarding my situation. I am glad to hear that we can travel safely...because i heard so much that there is border patrol in texas, so we are just wary only. We married anyway in a 90-day period except that we didnt file yet our AOS...but speaking of this, we are working this out since our medical will be expired soon...once again Thank you very much...God bless...[/color]
