hi evrybody,

My Fiancee, the petitionner, has lived for almost 2 years in germany, does she need to get a police certificate from germany ? do you think Casablanca consulate will ask me to show it at the interview ? .thanks much.

As far as I know the beneficiary needs Police Certificate not the petitionner :star:

hi , thanks for your message, i've seen your time line and it says you received RFE because of police record, do you think i'll receive that RFE also ? caus we didnt send it with the 129F , or i'll need it at the inteview ? thanks.

yes they will ask him about this , so he need ask ambassad of gernmany in morocco about this paper , cause that took 6 weeks , because i had friend here on this forume he was in germany 7 years and in interview they ask him give them this paper , and then they will give him visa

hi thanks much for your answer, but i think you misunderstood my question,am the petitionner, and i lived in germany for 2years before,the fiance :benificiary is from Morocco, so i wonder if at his interview they'll ask him for My police certificate from germay or just his police certificate from Morocco.thanks much for your help :).

The petitioner does not need to furnish any police certificates, so no, you do not need to get the police certificate from Germany.

Police certificates are only required for the beneficiary at the interview.

I don't know why the other poster received an RFE for a police certificate for the I-129F. It probably has to do with IMBRA and the fact that the petitioner had a police record of some sort. If the USC petitioner has no police record, this will not be an issue.

as for my case my fiance US citizen was a little bit crazy before we met he went to jail twice but not for the crimes listed in the I129F petition that's why we didnt mention anything, but after they checked on his record they sent us the RFE for police report and all court convistions to show me at the embassy in case he didnt tell me !!

but i can't hide that from u i am worried i am still waiting NO2 my timeline says it will be adjiducated this month!!!!

please pray for me and wish me good luck !!

yes my fiance also livved in germany for 7 yrs , no matter the time , they still require it . my fiance interview was march 13 , he immediately went to german embassy to apply for the document of police report , they chargged him 70dh , said he would recieve it in 2-3 weeks , it took 6 weeks , then he immediately had it translatted from german to french then english, and took it to USA embassy ,,, we are going on now 1 week of waitting . they did take his passport , verified his phone contact number and said we will call u , insha allah ...good luck to you .. kimberly
