When I pick up my visa, the embassy gave me a seal envelope but they cut on side, I can see what are inside.

1.Is that mean something bad or they always do that?

2. I forgot put a mark at form DS 230, no.33 A

Do you want the Social Security Administration to assign you an SSN (and

issue a card) or issue you a new card (if you have an SSN)? You must

answer "Yes" to this question and to the "Consent To Disclosure" in order

to receive an SSN and/or card.

Can I ask the immigration officer to put a mark on that form when I arrive at US airport?

Thanks
