Heh. I jumped the gun on this step and sent out the DS-3032 and the AOS fee bill as soon as I heard we got an NVC case #. (I was really excited and didn't properly read JSC) I do not recommend doing that!

You can have everything all ready so that when the DS-3032 is generated, then you can mail it out that day.

BTW, it's awesome that NVC is now accepting online payments.

LOTO u paid ur bills!!! u rolled the dice ay? was it easy. the online payments? and were u able to print out ur cover sheet that everyone keeps tlakin about??

Loto, having all your bad friends sent to CSC will mean they get approvals quicker .... CSC is rocking, they're on January filers big time and are banging out approvals left right and centre .... Vegas Service Centre is a bit like an old donkey at the moment .... it certainly needs a kick up it's #######!

Did you email the DS3032 yet???...If so did you get the email saying it was accepted???...on average it takes about two weeks after NVC receives the DS3032 to generate the IV Bill...i guess I was lucky in my case since I was able to pay my bill before the automated message said and it was only a day after they accepted my second email for the DS3032 (since they rejected the first one)...I was able to print my coversheet today but I can't mail it out yet since I'm still waiting for hubby's docs...it should be in my mailbox by next week friday...hopefully it comes sooner...

Oh...when i saw that you paid the AOS bill i thought you received the message that the bill was sent since the AOS bill and the DS3032 is sent the same time...I guess you fall in the same boat as me where you were able to pay your bill online before the automated message told you so...I would call NVC and talk to an operator and ask if the DS3032 form was sent because if they generated the bill they most likely generated the form...

First talk to NVC operator to get your IIN. Then go to DOS online payment website to see if the bill (AOS and IV) is generated and invoiced. If yes, you can pay it. I did the same thing. I think DS-3032 has no direct link with I-864. First one has to be done by beneficiary and the second by Petitioner. When DS-3032 is generated, I'll overnight the completed DS-3032 by her to NVC. Email would be ok, but I prefer paper proof.

BTW, my wife's all original docs reached today by DHL for DS-230 including PCC

Can anybody tell me, if you could generate barcode cover sheet for DS-230 after paying the IV bill fee from NVC online payment (Dept. of State) system ? If yes, is it similar to what James Shortcut barcode sheet ???

Yes you can...it looks just like the AOS cover sheet....as soon as the online payment says Paid you can print it out...I'll see if i can attach mine to show you...
