MY PETITION WAS APPROVED ON APRIL 19 07 AND ON THE PRIORITY DATE BOX IT SAYS OCT 16 07.. SO THEY DO PROCESS/HONOR THE RECEIVED DATE!!

loto I CALLED NVC AND ENTERED MY CIS NUMBER LIKE U SAID AND IT SAID I HAVE NO CASE NUMBER AS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY FILE OR FILE HAS NOT REACHED YET :(

WHEN DO U THINK IT WILL REACH?? ANY IDEA.. NOW I DONT HAVE PATIENCE IREALY WANT TO START THIS NVC JOURNEY.. IM ALL READYY....

AND I MISS MY HUSBAND :crying:

I called NVC live operator today and received Invoice Identification Number for online payments :yes::yes::yes: Went into online payment web site, but both AOS fee and IV fee bills are NOT invoiced :star: The check for them are greyed out !

There are some crappy people there too. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to generate DS-3032 and AOS fee bill generation after case# generation :devil:

12-19-08 VISA ISSUED! in hand!

12-25-08 hubbys arrival! smooth POE!

1-16-09 green card arrives

1-27-09 SSN card in mail

One dumb question - Do we need to wait for DS-3032 generation to email/mail the form ? Or can we do it after NVC case# assign ???

Heh. I jumped the gun on this step and sent out the DS-3032 and the AOS fee bill as soon as I heard we got an NVC case #. (I was really excited and didn't properly read JSC) I do not recommend doing that!

You can have everything all ready so that when the DS-3032 is generated, then you can mail it out that day.

BTW, it's awesome that NVC is now accepting online payments.
