Well just in case anyone else is reading this and is curious to the answer, YES you do need to wait for DS-3032 generation before you can email them the beneficiary's choice of agent. I tried almost immediately after I got my NVC case number and they sent a nonsensical canned reply so it didn't work! Had to wait until it was generated before they could accept it.

Saying USCIS is dyslexics is a updgrade for them from what their use to being called. Ha ha You gave them a compliment by calling them dyslexics.

GUYS I GOT MY NOA2 HARD COPY IN THE MAIL TODAY,,

MY PETITION WAS APPROVED ON APRIL 19 07 AND ON THE PRIORITY DATE BOX IT SAYS OCT 16 07.. SO THEY DO PROCESS/HONOR THE RECEIVED DATE!!

loto I CALLED NVC AND ENTERED MY CIS NUMBER LIKE U SAID AND IT SAID I HAVE NO CASE NUMBER AS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY FILE OR FILE HAS NOT REACHED YET :(

WHEN DO U THINK IT WILL REACH?? ANY IDEA.. NOW I DONT HAVE PATIENCE IREALY WANT TO START THIS NVC JOURNEY.. IM ALL READYY....

AND I MISS MY HUSBAND :crying:

Paris .... did you read my latest piece of work about the head of VSC employing dyslexics and blind people ? ..... it took me ages :rofl: but it kept me from checking out the USCIS website and feeling crappy :rofl:
