change of address?

we have an approved k-1. we have not executed yet..(so everything can be paid for in cash...airfare, aos paperwork, bio, wedding & rings etc.). i didn't want to add any additional debts. i will be going to the PI to escort my SO thru POE in late july.

i'm going to move late june- early july (to a safer neighborhood, i don't like the thought of her being home alone at my current address while i'm at work). do i need to file a change of address before we come thur POE? if yes w/ who USCIC, NVC, DHS or all of them?

No need to notify of change of address, you will just indicate new address on the I-94 card when comming to USA on K-Visa, and later just file I-485 to adjust status, and use new address on all forms sent for AOS.

Yep that one is simple.

Note: later after getting green-card, anytime you Sponsor and/or the green-card move, then USCIS will need to be notified. AR-11 for green-card holder, and I-865 for sponsor. This will end after Green-card holder naturalizes and becomes a US Citizen OR if the green-card holder leaves the USA and abandons residency.
