hI ALL... I just got caught up with one of the post here.. concerning of a new born baby... well I just gave birth last february 8... my fiancee said we dont have to get a passport for our little one shes already 2 months old now.. and when my fiancee called uscis they gave us the estimated time on october said thats the most. my baby will be 8 months already on the interview.. ( if god's will we can have our appointment) now my question is do we have to get a passport for my baby? my fiancee said the baby will be included already in my passport... ure comment will be highly appreciated..

First Congrat on the birth of your baby. Yes the baby need passport. There is a couple question. Is the father of the baby your finace'? If so, was the birth report with the America Embassy there in Manila? If not, you need to do so. The baby is entitled to American Passport. By doing it that way it is some much easier on the paper work. Will have to call Embassy to set an appointment to take yoiu baby in to get it passport. You will need Passport pictures for sure. You should ask when you call what all you will need to bring with you. Good luck and God bless.

if the father of your baby is a US citizen then

apply a CRBA and US passport at the USEM for the child.
