I really like the people I work with at this job, so I'll be leaving in peace. Plus I work out there and I'll keep seeing them every day, anyway, well, when I can go back to working out, no idea when that's gonna happen :( today my pain level is higher again, I'll be making a third docs appointment cuz this is BS, they need to do an MRI or something else, I know this is not a normal pain and something is really wrong.

Back pain? Shoulder? Is it related to working out? Hope you can get some definitive answers from a doctor...maybe one that works with athletes? (F)

neck. I'm pretty sure it's from a phisical activity, either a combination of working out maybe with working in the yard, cuz this happened the week followed a weekend I went outside on a Saturday help Charles move some tree branches and Sunday I did 2 different exercises with heavy weight on a Smith machine (plus the usual cardio + other lower body weight lifting exercises) and then Monday I did the usual upper body weight lifting and Tuesday the pain started where I couldn't move my neck. It's been 17 days already of pain, so I'm sure it's not the usual stiff neck, cuz that lasts 2-3 days.

So what is next Nessa?

Are you starting a new job? Looking for a new job? Retiring? Taking a nice long holiday?

she'll be catching up on her sleep and housecleaning :P

Now I'm jealous. I need to do both of those!

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Oh man...a stiff neck really hurts. :( If there's a close by massage parlor, I'd try that. I'll sometimes get knots in my trapezious (sp) after working out my shoulders....I use Tiger Balm and sometimes Ibuprofin for it's anti-inflammatory properties.
