Maybe it's a stupid question, but example form of 129f leaves Part E just blank, while i read many times no space needs to be left blank.. If nobody beside the petitioner prepared the form what should i put? None, N/A, just blank?

Any of the above is fine unless the section is applicable. It is only applicable if you hired somebody to do it.
