That sounded like a nightmare, but as my husband always says "Good things don't come easy!". Congratulations on a successful ending!

haha he's sooooooooo right about that!! My husband says we'll be rewarded for our sacrifices... similar meaning.

Thank you for all the congrats, we're very relieved and will be more so when he has the visa in hand. I'm not celebrating till then just in case they change their minds or something.. ya never know!

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

My computer is broken at home urgh. I couldn't post yesterday and tell ya'll about the interview.

He got the visa, he picks it up on Tuesday. It was a very very difficult interview. He was given the 3rd degree about every other time he has visited the embassy and what he was there for. He was grilled about me, my kids, our kid... etc. I don't have all the details but when I do I'll post them and do the embassy review. The interview lasted over 30 minutes.

Woo hoo girl! It is about time they granted that man the VISA. Celebrate for me with some juicy Philly hoagies. Throw in a couple of twinkies too . :dance:
