Indian omelette.. with some italian bread

Indian omelette is a spicy omelette made with vegetables and is popular in India.

A typical Indian omelette's ingredients are chopped onions, ginger & garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chili and salt to taste.

Since I'm on "you're too darn skinny and need to eat more diet" provided by my friendly husband  ; he is actually packing lunch for me like the world famine will reach Seattle any moment

So today it's salad with what appears to be mixed greens, small cukes, dried cranberries and shredded carrots; plus one hard egg and a yogurt. I can feed all the office staff with that

He does sister, so there goes the stereotype of the liberated American male and the submissive Mexican wife .

And to top it --- he grinds my coffee and sets the machine so mamma here :star: can wake up to a nice freshly brewed java. I tell you, the redhead is a keeper

I guess I will have to pass on your compliments now, eh?

BTW, are you planning on removing his ball gag anytime soon?

Of course your husband knows how special you are, and treats you as such. How wonderful he is, and how lucky you are!

My office threw me a baby shower yesterday at lunch. Went to a yummy restaurant and had a salad plate with a green salad, fresh fruit salad and thai peanut noodle and aspargus salad. Of course, I negated all the health benefits by then eating a piece of flourless chocolate torte!!!

Today's lunch is much less inspired, some chicken and raw carrots.

Lunch was great- I stopped at a place here called "Kosher Cajun Deli" I had a pastrami on rye. Yum!

The best part was they had cans of (diet) white cream soda!! I haven't had the white since I lived in Montreal. The cream soda they had in Alberta was pink and I think it was a strawberry flavor. Yuck.

I bought a 6 pack to bring home.
