Congrats on receiving AOS interview date. :thumbs:

BTW, was the notice electronic or snail mail? Thx you for sharing.

We got the notice via snail mail. We didn't sign up for the email notification but have just been checking the case status everyday on the uscis website. During the I-129F process, we always got snail mail copies before any email updates.

Still no touches, all is says online is that on March 7th they received our application...

Hopefully no problems waiting for the FBI name-check.

Perhaps it was so fast because Wanwisa has been in the USA before and is already in some system? Who knows?

We'll be sure to keep everyone posted and send you wishes for a speedy approval.

4/27/07: I-129F sent to CSC

4/30/07: I-129F received by CSC

5/23/07: Check cashed

6/22/07: Called CSC (I still had not rec'd the NOA1) and was told to wait 30 more days

6/24/07: Touched (phone call)

7/05/07: Received "replacement" copy of NOA1. NOA 1 = May 21st

9/10/07: Touched!!!

9/10/07: NOA2 - approval via email...113 days after the NOA 1 and 135 days after mailing away the application documents

10/18/07: Documents sent from NVC to Thailand

11/5/07: Packet 3 received

11/6/07: Packet 3 returned

11/28/07: INTERVIEW AND APPROVAL!

12/2/07: Wanwisa arrived in California!

2/23/08: Married!

AOS

3/3/08 - sent off I-485, I-131 and I-765

3/7/08 - NOA 1 for the I-485, I-131 and I-765 and online date of last "touch"

3/26/08 - biometrics appointment = done

5/8/08 - Interview scheduled!

5/8/08 - Green card approved after a 10 minute interview. Will arrive in 2 weeks!!!!

5/19/08 - Green card arrived in the mail!

Note: AP and EAD were approved around May 1st but that's all moot now!

03/10/2008 - Mailed AOS Appl.

03/13/2008 - NOA Notice Date.

03/15/2008 - NOA's for : I-485, I-131 & I-765

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.
