wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)

5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

NVC STAGE 2 : 99 days - 3 months (9/30/2008 to 1/7/2009)

Congratulations for a much deserved approval! You've waited long enough and we're just glad to hear that you've finally been approved. I hope your case goes to NVC soon, ours was just mailed to NVC today according to USCIS. God Bless.

I didn't receive an email from USCIS, but my husband did apparently, he fowarded them to me.

I noticed we were approved first though, because I check USCIS website everyday several times, and it showed as approved there.

Thanks everyone. I'm just glad that we're finaly getting out of that damn office. NVC should be quick :)

Goold luck to those still waiting. Call them! Don't let them slack off and BS you around.

Both our I-130 and I-129F petitions were approved yesterday.

We waited for 258 days since CSC received the I-130.

Coincidently, my husband is coming to visit me and he arrives tomorrow.

Then we celebrate
