Hey all,

We noticed there have been some issues with RFE for the medical in the AOS process. We have attempted to be proactive and call the doctor in Ireland to get a copy. They have informed us that they cannot release it as it is the embassy's rules for only one copy (to the embassy) and that in 10 years they have never had a request for the medical.

My question is; how often does this RFE hit and should we just wait to see if we get it and then worry about it?

We have a copy of the vaccination supplement that we are sending and we do have his X-Ray if necessary. Should we send the X-Ray?

Proactive is my middle name ;P Over worrying is the other.

I would not worry about it unless it presents itself... there are many, many, many more cases that are approved than are RFE'd

Yeah, that is what the hubby says. I am being overly paranoid. ;P Thanks for easing me.

It's not paranoia if they are truly out to get you. Teeehee
