AAAAIEEEE! How adorable! I think I may have to circumvent them for a few Moroccan onesies. But Im broke and a cheapskate to begin with. Ill get some iron-on letters and decals from the craft store and some plain onesies. Hee hee, Im a cheater.

Jac, u know all too well....i did go buy a headrest...lol, already installed it in the carseat....i have that new mommy anxiety....have been having little contractions since i ate panda express earlier for lunch...hmmm...maybe just maybe...

My cousin gave me her old travel system , since she's done having kids. Its in great shape, but it needed a little bit of TLC when I got it (at 3 months pregnant). I waited until the night before I was going into the hospital to take the carseat completely apart and wash everything. I was just insane about nesting. After everything was super-clean I realized I had to put it back together, and had no clue how. Thank goodness my cousin was at the hospital to fix my screw up!

Whats funny is that my little girl is just now about 16 pounds at 6 months! she is so petite it makes me laugh. but my son was a bruiser like these little MENA boys, he was 22 lbs at 4 months! Wonder what Mr Zaid will end up tipping the scales at...

Happy Wednesday everybody! I just got back from taking Malek to the doctor for his two month check up. He weighed in at 11 lbs 13 oz and was 24.5 inches long. Poor baby got 4 shots in his legs Anyways, keep our family in your prayers. Ayman will be traveling home to us tomorow and next week the baby has to see a specialist. Have a good Wednesday and take care.

Id love to, but I dont think butterball would do well on the trip . He gets pretty frustrated about being in the car for too long. But a get-together is definitely on the to-do list.

Thanks for the compliments on Malek's pics. Kelly you look adorable all prego! I gained 14 pounds with my son but I was enormous and he weighed close to 10 pounds. It has been 8 weeks and I have lost about 30 pounds so I am 16 less than I was prepregnancy. I should post a pic with me on delivery but I look like an elephant

Amal...Malek has a heart murmur so the pediatrician wants him checked out by a cardiologist. I don't know too much about murmurs and I don't want to surf the net to become scared. I haven't told his father yet because I didn't want him to have anything else to be nervous about on the plane ride over here. I am sure he will freak out! The doctor just said it is becoming much more distinct than it was prior to to day so she needs him evaluated.

Mine had one and by 4 months it had closed. He had to see cardiologists etc also. It is very common and most of them close on their own. The doc actually said if there was anything to worry about they would not have released him from hospital. So save yourself the worry - i was SO worried and for nothing! Its just a teensy weensy little hole that occurs bc when the organs are forming the way the heart forms it didnt close all of the way. Sometimes it ends up closing out of the mommy vs. when you are still pregnant. Nothing to worry about I promise (and my son's was "distinct" too - we had to get it checkd out even 6 months later when they didnt hear it anymore)
