Should I use my married name when filing the AOS?

Is it better to use my married name in the documents for the AOS or should I use my maiden name? I do not want to confuse the UCCIS officers by changing my name since my k1 visa was issued in my maiden name. What should I do?

Yes... You should use your married name.

Remember you are tied by your passport number, alien ID number, and visa number. You can't hide nor confuse them unless you are an illegal alien. Then they won't know where the hell you are... Besides, on the I-485, they ask what name did you entered at the POE, which is listed on the I-94.

I believe there is a fee when you decide to change your name after you get the green card. So better do it before filing AOS.
