A conversation between an illiterate I-130 petitioner (P) and Forum Moderator (M):

P) I am new to this forum thread. I need help on my I-130 filed.

M) Time will make you old

P) Where should I send my I-130 application ?

M) From the Post Office

P) No, I mean which Service Center ?

M) It is some lock box now, send it asap before it get locked

P) Am I the petitioner and is my spouse beneficiary ?

M) Yes, you are the petitioner. But your child(ren) with your wife will become beneficiaries since

it takes long time for the approval. By the time, your to-be-born children will become U.S citizens

since you're U.S citizen, so they will be benefited.

P) After I-130, what are the steps ?

M) Sleep very well. If you drink, get a glass of wine everyday.

If you're a habitual drunkard, get 18 years old blue label.

P) Somebody told me there is a huge delay in USCIS, id that right ?

M) I am normally driving in front of USCIS to get to my office from home. Until yesterday evening, there

was no delay. Probably, there may be some accident today morning over there.

P) Do I type the application or hand-written it ?

M) Please use an old fashioned type-writer.

P) Which is the easy route - IR1 or K-3 ?

M) Use a navigation system

P) I miss my honey so much. Is there any way can I bring my spouse soon in the U.S ?

M) There are penty of cargo ships are coming to the U.S every day. Please use one of the containers in it.

P) Can I take police clearance certificate for my spouse? It is easy for her now.

M) Is she under the bars ?

P) When she completes medical, won't she get lot of pain due to vaccinations ?

M) Yes, first one will be painful. There are another 10+ after that. So, she'll be used to it.

P) What documents are needed from her ?

M) Her arrests and convictions record

Drug use certificate

Deportation records

Her parents' passports

Her neighbor's birth certificate

Her cousin's marriage certificate

P) Who will arrange the ticket for her ?

M) Airlines

P) I started decorating my home to receive her. Is it a good idea ?

M) (Whispers), you're wasting money.

Enjoy...
