Greetings Everyone!

What a great day! I received an email saying my petition is approved!! Touched yesterday and approved today! Before any January filers get too excited my petition was processed under an Expedite request due to USCIS error. I originally filed in September and the CSC got my petition mixed in with a pile of I-130's and sent it off to the Chicago lock box where they recognized it as an I-129F and sent me a rejection notice on December 22nd because it was out of their jurisdiction. (no duh) So I re-filed in January and it has taken this long to get someone at the National Service Center to allow me to file an Expedite Request. That happened a couple of weeks ago and since then things have moved pretty fast. So, long story short I was really a September filer.

Now on to the NVC and then Kiev!

I will continue to pray for everyone who is going through this process. I can honestly say I know your frustration and desire for this process to move much faster than it does. One of the things that kept me going was reminding myself how fortunate and blessed I really was to have found such a wonderful woman, (that's the difficult part) now the rest was just waiting for us to be united for good!

The Journey Continues! :dance::dance::thumbs:
