I'm waiting on my fiancé's annulment finalities. She lives in the Philippines and she has been granted the annulment but there is still some finalities before we have what we need to file for a K1 but my question is about her kids. She has three kids all under 18 from her previous marriage and im wondering what problems we will encounter at the embassy getting them visa's and what will the embassy require from the X husband to grant visa's for the kids or do they require anything from him?

Thanks

Also, once the annulment is final, it is no longer the ex husband....

YMMV

Thanks and for my next question....The kids father is none to happy about her getting the annulment. Im sure he wont make it easy so If he wont give his concent I wonder if there is anything we can do...besides waiting until there adults!

In many jurisdictions there is a judicial answer where you go to the court and get the father's rights terminated due to something like "abandonment"... this may or not be available in the Philipines and this may or may not be your situation.

YMMV

my K-2 situation in Manila was different from yours. I suggest you post this in the Philippine Forum so you can get feedback from members who have or have had a similar situation.
