Hi,

Does anyone know if it's okay for me and my husband (both US citizen) to move to another country after filing I-485 & I-130 for my parents who came to the US with a visitor visa?

We want to leave right after I filed for my parents.

Please help if you know anything.

Thank you very much.

Do you have a co sponsor?

Permanent...

And we were thinking about using us as the sponsor if you're talking about the financial proof... or if we could leave the country permanently for a few years and we couldn't be the financial proof, we could find some relatives to be it.
