Does it matter which processing center that I send my I-129 to? It seems Vermont has a quick processing time. But I live in Southern California. Is it ok to send my application to another state to save processing time?

Thanx for the help folks.

Peter Miami

I feel for all the peeps using CSC. Maybe if you sent the documents in Spanish, they would get processed quicker at CSC. *just joking*

Why don't they increase the budget/productivity at these places? Why does my I-129F sit on a desk for 3 months before they look at it?
