Hi Everybody:)

So finally after all waiting We are filing for AOs and we still do not have tax returns for 2007.We have a document proving that we have time extended for that.Is it ok just to send now that paper and bring actual tax returns on interview?

And another question is about advanced parole,do i need to apply for it if i dont need to travel till i have a green card? Can i travel with a green card that works for 2 years without AP?

Do we still need to provide them last 3 years taxes?again?I already showed them in Moscow before i came here....

Thanks guys for help!

You need to make copies of the last 3 years of taxes, yes. They can send you an RFE if you don't.

AP is only if you want to travel before you get your Green Card and is not required.

Good luck.

Mike.

I haven't gotten into AOS yet (but will soon), but they want 3 years of tax forms? This process just gets stranger and more aggravating the deeper into I get.

3 years isn't necessary. Same deal as when you sponsored her with the I-130. Prove you have some income, are going to be able to support her and you'll be fine.

I forget where the address comes from. I think there's an address on the instruction part of the form or somewhere in the VJ guides. It's also somewhere on the Homeland Security site.

Where you send it depends on where you're from. I sent mine (Ohio) to the Chicago lockbox.
