We are filing for AOs and we still do not have tax returns for 2007.We have a document proving that we have time extended for that.Is it ok just to send now that paper and bring actual tax returns on interview?

and another question is about advanced parole,do i need to apply for it if i dont need to travel till i have a green card?Can i travel with a green card that works for 2 years without AP?

No harm in that. At the very worst you'll get an RFE if they want to see the 2007 return.

You don't have to apply for it, but it's free so I'd recommend going ahead and doing it anyway. You never know what may come up in the time between receiving the AP and the receiving the Green Card, which could take years to recieve.

Once you get the 2 year Green Card, you have no need for the EAD or the AP document.
