Passport stamps?

If you send a passport entry stamp as proof of meeting, do you need to copy ALL pages of the passport or does just the page with the stamp suffice?

If you do not provide all pages, how will they know it is YOUR passport and not simply a page out of someone else's... The bottom line is that you need to demonstrate the best way you can that it is your passport

Ditto that.

Also if it the US Citizen's passport, a complete copy of it will handle prof of citizenship too, saving having to deal with copy of birth cert, or naturalization cert.

I the USC sent a copy of the bio page with picture, then just the pages that had the entry/departure stamps that were relevant. I didnt not include a copy of ever single page, and everything was ok, no RFE, no problems. But I guess it cant hurt either.
