Has anyone seen new processing dates yet?K3 is dated October for both centers but for I-130 is still July at Vermont and CSC went backwards to August 19.What is going on?This means that they are making no progress at all.

realy i dont see it changed... i tstil says march 15 08??

10-12-07 -mailed i130 to VSC

10-16-07- received by VSC

1-11-08- i130 NOA1

2-24-08-view case online

4-19-08- i130 NOA2

4-24-08- NOA2 hardcopy received

4-24-08- NVC CASE #ASSIGNED MDR

5-04-08- EMAILED CHOICE OF AGENT TO NVC

5-05-08- DS3032 AND AOS fee bill was generated today

5-05-08- paid AOS fee bill $70 online

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

5-07-08*cald NVC and msg says AOS $recvd

5-12-08-DS3032 EMAIL Accepted

5-13-08*cald NVC and msg now says DS3032 choice of agent has been received.

5-13-08-mailed AOS i864 packet w/printed cover sheet from online payment (certified mail- priority)

5-15-08-AOS packet received by NVC

5-18-08 iv FEE bill invoiced

5-18-08 iv fee $400 paid online

5-20-08-iv fee cleared, able to print covr shet online

5-21-08-mailed DS230 packet to NVC via priority mail

5-29-08 aos ACCEPTED

5-29-08- DS 230 entered in system

6-3-08-cse cmplte.

6-11-08 case left NVC to chennai via DHL

6-16-08 case reached chennai

7-2-08 appt letter received by beneficiary

7-4-08 medical done in chennai

7-28-08 interview- AP for 4-6 weeks (awaiting name chk clearance-told by chenai operator)

8-20-08 chennai forwarded file to DOS- according to inquiry from congressmans office

(also confirmed by DOS)

8-28-08 file reached DOS- told by operator

9-2-08- last update to case,told by DOS

12-12-08 emailed chennai embassy asking status of our case, and got email to send passport..

12-15-08 submitted passport to vfs

12-19-08 VISA ISSUED! in hand!

12-25-08 hubbys arrival! smooth POE!

1-16-09 green card arrives

1-27-09 SSN card in mail

Well, I see it says April 15.At first I thought that my eyes were deceiving me and I checked it again and there it was April 15.

LOL maybe my eyes r deceiving me too.. i dont see it i keep refreshin it it says march 15 too me.. how weird! but they r at aug now? ya i caled 2 wweks ago to VSC and offcier said they r processin aug 19 now they caught bak up to aug ha!?

but im sure they r past that since we saw DEC filers,, and me also from OCT get approved..

10-16-07- received by VSC

2-24-08-view case online

4-19-08- i130 NOA2

4-24-08- NOA2 hardcopy received

maybe something is wrong with their site because I saw processing times in Italian once, and others said they saw it in Spanish.I know that those dates don't mean anything but still when you call to ask about your petition you can't complain because it still says July.How convenient for USCIS, right?

07/25/2008: NOA-1s for all 3 received

08/20/2008: Biometrics appointment

08/22/2008: Received RFE for Affadivit of Support and Medical

10/21/2008: Submitted I-865W in lieu of co-sponsor and medical info to NSC

11/14/2008: online case status not updated since filing of AOS in July 2008

01/20/2009: Received another RFE for Affadavit of Support Info

02/02/2009: Responded to RFE with brand new AOS based on 2008 tax return (if that doesn't shut them up, dunno what will)

02/19/2009: EAD card received in mail (no updates on Online Case Status ever made)

02/23/2009: AP received (again, no online updates)

02/26/2009: Received interview appointment letter for 4/6/09

04/06/2009: AOS approved for unconditional GC

04/21/2009: GC received

Your right Jeca, I too say April 15, but now it shows March again. I wish I printed it out when I saw it a bit ago.

Your right Jeca, I too say April 15, but now it shows March again. I wish I printed it out when I saw it a bit ago.

08/11/08 Received approval email (after 7 months and 3 days...Waiting)

08/15/08 Received NOA2 hardcopy

NVC Journey

08/13/08 NVC case# assigned

08/19/08 DS-3032 e mail sent and got auto response

08/20/08 Received IIN#(one nice rep gave me number)

08/22/08 paid I-864 bill online

08/23/08 I-864 bill status "PAID" online(saturday) but AVR message says " case number assigned ....blah

08/23/08 Printed out I-864 package online and Barcode sheet

some of us checking for k1 processing dates have seen oct and sept come and go all day long lol

Hmm,USCIS wants to torture us,now they want to play tricks on us !!!! i am looking at their website,i got the april 15th update......but these processing times,it is a joke,there is no standard to who is getting approved.some are waiting from august to get aproved,there is a few that sent their petitions in ,in feb. already aproved....anyway their lies state,I-130 july 30th for I-129f october 18th(for the VSC).And the CSC has gone backwards?.....ah you got to love USCIS.....amazing !!!!

This is crazy, I again checked processing time, they are again showing March 15 April is gone again. glad I printed it out for my own eyes.

Its hard enough with this processing, gives us a break, post the correct dates and quit going backwards. Give us something to keep hope to.

They are not processing according to their BS dates, its what ever falls on their desk seems to be the ones being processed. Some have been waiting 8 months or more for approval, that is truly wrong!! Nobody should wait to be with their loved ones. What ever happened to family values in the U.S. We bring our loved ones in legally, and they get the shaft!!!! Im sorry Im raging, Im so frustrated and sick of this #######, I just want my husband and have a family.

You spoke to an officer? How did you do that? I spoke to two customer service people today, one just did not know what she was talking about, she just read the computer screen like a robot. The next one (after I hung up on the first one) said that they process files by the recieved date and mine is Aug 24 07, so if they are up to Aug 19 two weeks ago... why is mine not done yet??? Gee I wonder.... :angry::( I served this country 5 years in the military and.... well like they say, no good deed goes unpunished...

12th Sept 2007 - sent I 130 to CSC

5th Jan 2008 - Received NOA 1

16th May 2008 - Approved (NOA2 in 247 days )

18th May 2008 - Touch (Guess its been sent to USCIS mail room)

20th May 2008 - Received Hard Copy NOA2

I 129 F

7th Jan 2008 - Sent I 129 F to CSC

10th Jan 2008 - Received by CSC

18th Jan 2008 - Received NOA 1

16th May 2008 - Approved (NOA2 in 130 days )

18th May 2008 - Touch (Guess its been sent to USCIS mail room)
