To me, it looks like everything is upside down. Except the words, of course.

It's an LED message sign. I typed in the words I wanted to appear, saved them when they did and used the screenshots of it here. It's all pretty simple. Just follow the URL listed on the top of both pictures and then you can do your own.

Just one word of warning -- some of the messages people have posted to it (and are posting, apparently) are decidedly less-than-friendly, so I wouldn't do this at work or with children present. As usual, the morons of the world have messed up something potentially amusing by being stupid.
